We arrived today and take our reviews seriously, especially from the perspective of a business owner. First, I want to commend the building itself; the classic stone work architecture is a beautiful mark in history. Upon check-in, we were greeted by one of the kindest receptionists I've ever encountered. However, we experienced some disappointment with our double King suite. The room felt tight with all our luggage, as we brought two large suitcases each, typical for this time of year. Unfortunately, there was no dresser, so we had to line our open suitcases in the hallway to access our belongings. This lack of organization is making our stay a bit challenging. They will not compensate for your aweful experience nor did they seem to care when told them at the hotel. I've spent over $300 on antibiotics and antifungal sinus nasal sprays trying to get better. Positive: Access to a great restaurant in the hotel and the walkability of the location. Negative: Parking was difficult and access to the garage did not work on several days.

Great spot to stay in Jackson. Staff is exceptional. Very friendly. Quality gym. Great location close to the town square. Spacious room with a nice fire place and patio. Comfy bed. Only knock: carpet could use a refresh and the shower door opens into the shower/handle so it’s difficult to turn on the shower. Overall, nice spot that id happily stay at any time I’m in town.

I’m sorry but that was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced. Not only were amenities they listed online as open (restaurant and bar) closed, but when we asked the staff if they could recommend somewhere she barely glanced up from her scrolling with a leg propped up on the desk no less to tell us she couldn’t think of anywhere that was open. There was a lot open and it would’ve helped to get some pointers considering amenities we booked for weren’t available. Front staff on their phones remained a theme, though we did encounter better staff through our stay. The first two mornings the alleyway next to our room had trucks unloading at 6am with one driver dragging his metal ramp down the alleyway to the next hotel.
