The Wexford Hotel

The rooms are fine, but there isn’t a closet or drawer, so nowhere to unpack, and it looks like it was finished cheaply and in a rush. It’s more of a motel, in my opinion. It’s being renovated and the only somewhat finished parts are the rooms. The front desk area is bare and unfinished, the ice machine was broken and dirty, the walls and hallways are covered in old dirty wallpaper and there isn’t enough lighting. I wouldn’t stay here again, I didn’t feel clean being there, the staff wasn’t friendly, it was dark, it feels sort of condemned. It is in a good location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Wexfo4s Hotel and I was blown away by the transformation! The recent remodel has truly elevated the experience. The rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, and the addition of beautiful fireplaces and huge flat screen tvs in the rooms adds a cosy, luxurious touch. The staff was friendly and accomidaring, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a great place wjime staying in the Wexford / north pittsburgh area !

No concept of customer service. While the room was actually nice and clean, the towels were filthy and stained. When I complained to the front desk, they simply suggested theyd bring "new" towels. As if I would touch another towel after seeing the ones already in the room. Unfortunate, as otherwise I wouldve given a perfect rating.

I've stayed here twice now and would come back. Rooms have a great shower head, a huge TV, and a neat little electronic fireplace. Very reasonable prices for staying outside the city. The staff are kind too. 5 out of 5

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. It doesn’t have a closet, there isn’t coffee. The floors are filthy (my feet made black footsteps in the shower). Some of the outlets don’t work. There was no hot water in my room. I called the front desk and she said she’d “check on it”. When I called back 45 minutes later, it was “maintenance isn’t here yet”. I demanded a new room in order to shower. Water is literally running down the walls. I didn’t have a choice but to stay an additional night and they charged me 160.00 DOLLARS. No discounts or anything for the inconvenience. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO EXPERIENCE.
