The Westin Los Angeles Airport

Our stay at this recently renovated hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The rooms are beautifully updated, feeling fresh and modern with comfortable new furnishings. A major plus is its incredibly convenient location, with easy access to the city center and major highways. However, being an airport hotel comes with its one significant drawback: noise. The constant sound of aircraft is noticeable, especially at night. Light sleepers should definitely pack earplugs. Aside from this, everything else was excellent—friendly staff, clean facilities, and great amenities. We would happily stay again, but the noise is an important factor to consider.

Had a great stay at The Westin Los Angeles Airport. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their service truly stood out — very supportive and understanding throughout my stay. I especially appreciate that they kindly gave me a 1-hour room extension without any hassle, which made my travel much more comfortable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying near LAX!

Due to the insane heavy traffic in the LAX loop, we missed our flight and ended up staying in LA for one more day — and I’m so glad we chose the Westin. We checked in with Ines, and she is truly one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely caring. She walked us through every Marriott Bonvoy elite benefit and clearly explained the inclusions of the destination charge with a warm smile, which came with two drinks at the lobby bar and a free 30-minute indoor golf session.||She also took the time to look through all available rooms and offered us the best upgrade possible since we had just gone through a stressful airport situation. Overall the hotel was amazing. If you're driving, expect to pay A LOT of money to park at the hotel. I believe it was $60+ PER DAY to park, supposedly there are cheaper options nearby but I didn't drive so I didn't investigate it any further. The hotel has an airline shuttle that runs very consistently and every driver we had was extremely nice. There is also a gift shop and an indoor top golf simulation area.

I have consistently chosen to stay at this hotel, and until now, my experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. I was disrespected by the shuttle driver, and when I requested to speak with a supervisor or obtain a chain of command, I was told there was no phone number available. When I later called seeking further assistance, I was hung up on. This lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer courtesy is extremely concerning. As a loyal guest, I expect respectful communication and appropriate management support when issues arise. Instead, I was met with dismissal and disrespect. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this hotel unless this matter is addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response o
