The Westin Edina Galleria

We stayed on the Friday night after Christmas. The hotel was very busy. All staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. ||The free parking in a covered ramp was nice. I failed to realize how busy shopping would be at Galleria and had to drive the ramp twice to find a spot!!||The hotel is connected to Galleria by an underground walkway. We could leave our winter coats in our rooms and walk over! ||Many upscale stores and restaurants. We wondered around most of the evening. Had drinks at Pittsburgh Blue and CoV. Then dinner at CRAVE. Nice to be able to have a couple glasses of wine and walk back to the hotel||My room was very clean and spacious. The heavenly bed was indeed heavenly. I slept soundly.||Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff

I stayed at the Westin Galleria in April for 12 nights and had a great overall experience. The valet, housekeeping (HK), and front office staff were all fantastic -- professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, who were truly impressive -- my room was spotless every day, and they paid attention to all the little details. The valet service was also top-notch: fast, courteous, and always with a smile. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the Food & Beverage (F&B) staff could use some improvement. Service in that area felt a bit inconsistent compared to the rest of the hotel's excellence. That said, I would definitely come back and stay here again. The level of service from valet to housekeeping really made a difference!

We love the Westin Edina and have stayed there multiple nights! It’s conveniently located right next to the parking garage & next to The Galleria mall. We stay each year for our Anniversary and for my wife’s birthday, & have always had a great stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel bar Prelude is always our first stop for a drink before heading to McCormick & Schmick’s for a delicious birthday meal. We chose a room on the Executive lounge level, where there was access to a private room with some food & drink. It’s a nice place to relax & catch a game on the TV. I started the next day out in the Fitness Center then took a dip in the hot tub. The checkout process was quick and easy. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

I stayed overnight on NYE. I was able to check in a little early, and check out a little late, which was very helpful to my plans. I ordered in room dining that came hot and quickly, thank you in room dinning team! I also sat downstairs at the lobby bar for a bit and enjoyed conversation there with my evening espresso. The rooms were on tip top shape, and very clean. The beds were like a cloud. It was just an amazing experience overall. I stayed for a wedding, And the wedding food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. So beautiful, and delicious set up. - thank you Westin galleria until next time!

We had brunch at the The Westin Edina Galleria in their “Winter Village”. It truly felt like stepping into a ski chalet ❄️⛷️ From the gondolas and ski-inspired décor to a live violinist playing in the background, no detail was left untouched. We sipped delicious mocktails and cozied up inside their pop-up chalet, styled so perfectly. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely go back. They offer a tea service as well that looked amazing . I did not stay overnight but certainly am planning to in the future for a staycation!
