Homewood Suites by Hilton Edina Minneapolis

After our home flooded, this hotel has become our temporary home and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The staff is incredible, helpful, always kind and a joy to talk to. It’s been such a relief to have somewhere peaceful to land while we sort everything out. They’ve been incredibly accommodating with anything that has come up as well! Amazing Staff. The breakfast is great as well, lots of choices for healthy options too. The rooms are clean and cozy, a little artsy, very comfortable beds. The mirror has a vanity light around the edges, lots of good light. TV's have Netflix, Disney, Youtube, which makes things so much easier because usually I have to bring my own TV to hotels. 🤣 Truly grateful. 5 stars, hands down. Thank you, Homewood Suites Edina. 😊

This hotel is an excellent value. We needed a place to stay near the Twin Cities for a funeral. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and has a reasonable parking fee ($5.00 a night). Room configurations are conducive to several people staying together. It’s close to the airport and in a busy mall area with many eating areas nearby. The breakfast they provide was excellent with many healthy choices. It’s also pet friendly.

Positive: The location is great Negative: Our room was dirty, and there was a towel from a previous guest hanging on the back of the door. Beds were not made properly. We were offered $50 off of our stay and never received it.

We stayed in this Hotel on two visits to Minnesota; each stay for 7-8 days. We were told how wonderful Edina was to stay. So, being Hilton Honor members we booked to stay in Homewood Suites. On each visit, we NEVER RECEIVED any housekeeping....even when reassured twice by a manager that our room would be serviced. We had to go to the front desk to get new towels, Kleenex, and trash bags...and then we had to throw our own trash away! I am in vacation! I PAID for my stay at this hotel! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO MY OWN HOUSEKEEPING!!!! PLEASE, ANYONE READING THIS.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR VACATION ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! HOMEWOOD SUITES IN EDINA, MINNESOTA SUCKS!!!! ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD!!!

stay away. after a long travel and work day, i checked into a filthy room. clumps of hair, toenail clippings and a large dead spider on the floor, someone’s dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a broken lamp. i visited the desk and requested a new room, which they could not accommodate until the next day due to being sold out. i understood and appreciated that someone immediately went to vacuum the areas of concern. i was told to check out of my original room the following morning and that they would take care of moving me to a new room after the rooms had been turned over. after another long work day, i returned to the hotel front desk and explained that i had spoken to them last night and that i needed to be checked into my new room. instead of moving my existing reservation, they made a
