The Western Inn Motel and RV Park

Oh, believe me if I could give this zero stars, I would do not rent from this place.You will pay atrocious prices way more than any of the properties are worth the owner will not come.And fix anything he will not do anything that you need done.He will not take care of any problems that you have in your park. Everyone who currently lives here is trying to get out. So fair warning. The rent gets raised by hundreds of dollars quite often. Just a terrible place to live

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS. Stayed here one night. Didn’t see the bed bug until we were about to check out in the morning. It was crawling on the wall. Our friend got multiple bites on his back. Instead of having a relaxing weekend we now have to take all the necessary precautions to make sure they don’t get into our homes, which involves throwing away EVERYTHING that can’t be washed or dryed in a machine. We stayed in room 43 and were only in the motel for about 8 hrs total. There are other reviews with people having the same issue and this motel doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it or warning guests. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS.

Staff very friendly. Beds comfortable. Room was spacious. Great to have a dining table and chairs. Appreciated the sink in the bathroom ( unlike Super 8 motels)…. Plus, there is a separate sink in the kitchenette area (microwave, fridge and smart TV too)||Breakfast is just a grab and go….good enough for the price and the Italian coffee was the best I have tasted in the US.||A no frills place….relaxed and chilled….we enjoyed our stay.

Sadly this place is apparently going to be closing to make way for a new Circle K. The rumor is the Family Dollar, the RV park, food establishments and the hotel will be demolished to make way. PLEASE visit it and stay to enjoy Fairplay ASAP especially before summer starts!
