The Western Hotel and Spa

I stayed at the Western for one week over Christmas and had an incredible time. The room was phenomenal. The gas fireplace and old fashioned clawfoot tub were a great touch. The restaurant and bar were exceptional. The meals never disappointed and the bartender, created some really unique drinks. Finally, I was very impressed by the service provided by the dedicated staff.

From the moment we walked in we were treated like family. Wonderfully remodeled timber boutique hotel. We stayed for two nights. Very comfortable rooms while keeping some of the old world charm was very updated. From the fireplace in the main room to the heated towel bar in the bathroom and the warm bed we were pampered. The first night we wondered down to the saloon and had a couple nightcaps. The second night we ate at the chef’s table and really enjoyed a well prepared dinner by a very friendly staff. Our steak was perfectly prepared. Any “foodie” would love the experience. Lastly the Grotto was wonderful. We ended up going down three times during our weekend. The soaking tub felt so wonderful. This place is truly a gem! The hotel is a masterfully remodeled hotel with ample charm. The rooms are impeccablely designed and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grotto spa was a lovely, post hike reprieve that we managed to have all to ourselves. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Shout out to the SPA for Brian and Doreena! My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at this spa on Valentine’s Day! From the moment we walked in, TOTAL VIBE. The attention to detail in the space made it feel like such a special treat — exactly what I needed. Insta worthy. Doreena's hands were so intentional and exactly what my body was looking for. My Fiance had Brian and couldn't say enough great things about him! -Just do it!

My wife and I decided it would be nice to schedule a couples spa day, I am so happy we did. The atmosphere, the service and the whole experience was top notch from beginning to end. The soaking pool, complete with salt water was a perfect 104 degrees, the sauna was smoking hot and absolutely perfect. Now to the massages, they were the the best we have ever experienced, Brian is a magician and by far the best masseuse I have ever encountered. The Hybrid Swedish - Deep tissue massage was amazingly awesome and actually provided me with an out of body experience afterword's. My wife's masseuse Doreena was also amazing, my wife said out loud during the massage "it felt like a factory reset for her body", "she recently completed four rounds of chemotherapy ad 32 rounds or radiation for breast ca
