The Village at Breckenridge

Staying at #4604 at Villages was a great decision. Kent is a responsive, helpful and gracious host/owner. He went out of his way to make our 2 night stay easy and comfortable. The unit was spotlessly clean, with modern mountain chic décor and well-equipped with everything one might need. Especially loved the comfy couch, comfy bed linens, and great water pressure in the shower. The garage was really convenient, especially during a snowstorm on our last day. Kudos to Kent for being super accommodating, checking in with me and offering great recommendations at Breck. If you’re looking for a hassle-free rental that is super clean, comfortable, safe and convenient to the slopes, this is it.

Perfect Ski‑In/Ski‑Out Location and Amazing Stay I had a fantastic stay at The Village at Breckenridge. The location couldn’t be better — it’s truly ski‑in/ski‑out, sitting right at the base of Peak 9 and just steps from the lifts, which made getting on the mountain incredibly easy. After skiing, it was great being walking distance to Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops right nearby. My condo was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was fast, and the unit felt well‑maintained and updated. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. The amenities are excellent — the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, and fitness center were perfect after a day on the slopes. Unfortunately, my stay at the Village at Breckenridge fell far below expectations, especially considering the price point and brand association with Vail Resorts.||I booked a premium condominium for a family of three and confirmed ahead of time that the unit would accommodate two adults and a child. The layout (queen bed and pull-out sofa) should have been perfectly adequate — had the sofa bed been usable.|In the first unit, the pull-out sofa bed was in unacceptable condition, with visible hair and stains, and the internal spring system was broken. I went to the front desk to report the issue and requested a simple mattress so one family member could sleep on the floor. This request was denied, and we were instead moved to a second unit, which I appreciated.||The second unit was worse. The

Positive: The location was good. It is located about 1/2 block from Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Negative: The room was dirty, there were stains on the walls, hair in the bathtub, the lamp didn't work, the outlets were loose and the room was extremely hot. The hotel front desk staff was not helpful or friendly and the hotel bed was so hard we left a day early

If you’re looking for the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm, The Village at Breckenridge is it. We just wrapped up a week-long stay and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Breck. The location is unbeatable: You are literally steps away from the Quicksilver SuperChair. Being able to walk out the door and be on the lift in minutes is a total game-changer, especially with kids and gear in tow. Plus, Main Street is just a block away for easy access to après-ski dining and shopping. There is nothing better than ending a long day on the slopes by skiing right back to your "back yard." No shuttles, no trekking through parking lots. When you are ready to go in the morning, step out the door and on to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The Village has a ton of amenities incl
