Let me start by saying that overall, our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and walkable to downtown as well as beaver run. The shuttle service was super convenient and the driver was always very friendly and helpful. Where it was lacking: Cleanliness —we expected not to have hair in our showers, dirt and grime in the bathtubs. Property Neglect —this property has been neglected for atleast the last decade. It’s time they put some work back into the property. Front Desk —I called multiple times to have questions answered throughout the 5 days we spent on the property and I never once was able to get anyone to answer the actual phone. Strange Property Rules —for example: you were not allowed to have access to a bell cart unless you were paying for a bell hop. Even if you are just

Stayed shoulder season. Nice lodge. I would definitely stay again. ||Requested and received a top floor room. I appreciate that they honor the request. The kitchen had all the amenities I needed. Nice size rooms and all the furniture was nice. ||I think it’s a recent update. I had to have maintenance put a block under the front legs of dresser as the drawers would slide open if you didn’t get them pushed in all the way. ||The location makes it an easy walk to town to visit stores and restaurants. Nice garage which is kept at a nice temperature. Easy in and out. ||They do need to work on some maintenance. Heaters didn’t or didn’t work. They were either running non stop or not at all. They are the old wall heaters. Maintenance tried twice to fix. So one heater was just left

Awesome location just a 5 minute walk from the Main St of Breckenridge with all the restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach. Peaceful place to relax with nice balconies in most units. Owners lounge with a nice pool table. 3 jacuzzis and a weigh room with a spa. We had a wonderful stay. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Valdoro is showing its age, though and needs things like dish washers updated. We had some maintenance issues which were addressed, but then others developed. Parking is underneath and a few outlets would be a great addition for EV charging.

This place has many amenities that make our trip that much better. They have a ski check which is helpful and a shuttle service that was able to take us to the ski lifts at 8am and restaurants later in the day. They have several hot tubs on site and complementary towels. It is these small convinces that make our trip that much easier.

My family has owned a timeshare here for over 20 years and we visit annually. We’ve always appreciated the location, amenities, and overall layout of the units, which is why we’ve continued coming back. I wanted to share some feedback as we checked in last night. While we understand that wear and tear happens over time, we did notice several maintenance and cleanliness issues in our unit, including stained sheets, a few broken or unstable items, mold and peeling caulk and dirty shower curtains in the shower, and some general cleanliness concerns. We also experienced inconsistent TV and internet service.
