Brandon was a very nice and gracious owner. Made it very easy to rent, and very kindly allowed a later check out time since there was no one following us. He also looked for a belonging i had left behind and offered to mail it back. This kindness and flexibility is a general rarity in the overnight industry. Much appreciated!
