Sierra Hot Springs

3 different hot spring pools, a community kitchen for guests (even campers) and a gorgeous property, this place is an absolute gem. During the summer their camping spots are open and affordable. Their cafe serves a small menu of great food. I had the fish and chips, shared a veggie pizza, and my friend had the corn curry. They offer a range of services like yoga and massages, which I haven’t personally tried, but I like how this place offers à la carte options for all budgets to experience this place. On the cheaper end, you can get just a day pass, or an evening pass, one step up, you can camp (summertime) and enjoy the hot spring, and another step up you can book a hotel room on site. Stayed in the lodge for one night! The property is rustic and super charming. The restaurant located in bottom floor was super good! Staff was all super helpful! ||The hot springs are great and the clientele overall great too! The property is very very peaceful and quiet. You can go nude in the pool/pool areas, though not in the lodge, public areas. I think that is a great compromise. Again, nude optional, not required. ||I ended up going nude and despite being super shy at first, everyone is very respectful and no judgement zone!||

Serene location surrounded by sierras. Clean and warm baths in open nature with calming views while soaking. Yoga, meditation and various programs are offered in the lodge area. Wonderful place with great folks caretaking it. No frills place with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the other guests were very friendly. The large hot spring pool is a perfect temperature and the hot pool is hot. I enjoyed a Watsu session which was so rejuvenating. Will definitely go back some day!

This place is amazing! Very romantic for an afternoon with my wife, but would also be great with the kids - assuming they can be respectful. I really like the atmosphere of sacredness. There is a cool labyrinth near one of the soaking spots. I would love to try camping there sometime. No fires are allowed, but they have a really nice shared kitchen with appliances, multiple refrigerators, and storage shelves for your food.
