The Tilghman Island Inn

This place is outstanding! The warm and inviting environment is perfect. Michael at the bar is second to none - a true gem of a bartender. The menu is spectacular and my personal favorites are the truffle Parmesan wings and the blue cheese burger. Outstanding!! Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a hidden gem on the Eastern Shore! The hotel is fabulous - right on the water in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views. The rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of natural light and room to spread out. Breakfast is included - homemade pastries and muffins to die for! The restaurant is the best on the Eastern Shore - we hadn't planned on eating at the hotel, but when we saw the menu, we decided to give it a try. I had the crab cakes (100% crabmeat) with succotash made with fresh, local corn. Hubby had the softshell crabs. There is an incredible garden on site that supplies the restaurant with fresh tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, squash, and cucumbers.

We loved our stay here! Sherri truly went above and beyond for us in customer service, though all the other people working there were so friendly and kind too. And the view out back was spectacular, especially that sunset! Our toddler loved to watch all the boats go by. It’s a very peaceful and comfortable spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming family-owned hotel. The warmth and hospitality truly stand out. The daughter, who works as a server, took the time to show me their lovely little garden, which added a special touch to my visit. The father is the talented chef in the kitchen, and you can tell he takes pride in his cooking. Was the best fish i have ever tried am genuinely impressed by the genuine care and family spirit that radiates throughout the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!

Gorgeous views from the back yard and terrace. There is a lovely garden with Adirondack chairs to relax outside. Bikes are available for rent. In the morning there are coffee, tea, juice, and breakfast boxes that are available. The pool was perfect and serene. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub, luxurious sheets and mattress, and large picture windows to look out over our balcony and the waterway.
