The rooms are horrible, smell like smoke, they allow tenants to create noise, work on their vehicles, smoke marijuana, etc. The security is horrible as well. They are disrespectful, rude, don’t know how to talk to people, and want to threaten with “violations”. Also, they expect their tenants to follow the law but they don’t follow the laws regarding proper notice to enter. Stay far away from them. There are better options available. Trust me. This place is the lowest of the lowest.

It was road confessed overpriced, no security got my tires slashed and do nothing for you but like you trash all over the place outlets, don't take plugs in them. I never ever see a place like this charge $1400.

We had originally booked 4 rooms at another hotel which, only upon checking in we learned was just bought by Budget Suites of America. As a result, the hotel was overbooked, and we lost our rooms. After 40 minutes waiting, the staff found us rooms about 5 miles away - this hotel on Boulder St. We waited for about 40 minutes for the whole check-in process. What really bothered us was the very stringent check-in details they had us go through. The staff said it was their policy since they mostly rent by the week and by the month. However, we were only staying for one night!!! They said they needed to collect and have in file all these information as well: all adults' driver's license details; all vehicles license plates; place of work, and phone numbers. We understand that this may be necess

The rooms are what one would expect. Not terrible. The area is convenient, although there is a lot of busy body broads, and homeless in the area, they mind their business. Security (Brian) is awesome. I was sitting on the stairs just getting some space and he asked if I was alright. He even advised a couple where to park so he could keep an eye on there car. It was a really nice ride🤤

At 9 am, a tenant stole my expensive plasma television in broad daylight. The security cameras have the person on camera but the security and the management are useless. The security officer runs around like a brainless peacock that couldn't solve any crime even with the security cameras. What a useless dump and the tenant has my new plasma television and sold it for drugs or to pay their rent. To the manager, I am leaving in the morning because I can handle tenants stealing and security doing nothing. Police report filed along with a state of Nevada attorney general complaint. I don't believe the staff has the television because they never called me and the security staff first believed I was a total liar. It is up to the security company, the management and the alleged criminal t
