The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

It is a great place to stay. You have to try the pub restaurant. The nachos are amazing as well as the pizza, it was soft the next day. The rooms are OK, could be better, my room had a sewer smell in the sink, that's why I gave 4 stars, but other than that it was a nice room. Cool thing is security is pretty tight, your key card only allows you to go on your floor and there is a bell man named Jose who is super, cool, super informative and super professional so make sure to tip him, he is at the bell desk inside. Great place to stay I will return again soon.

We got a 2 night complimentary stay. The room was a very good size with king sized b We d. We had a bit of a view looking towards the hills. The bathroom had sufficient space for toiletries. We did not eat there, however the dining area was always full. The casino area had its share of slots and table games. If you want to get to down Vegas, just hop on a Deuce across the street.. a 7 minute ride. Good breakfast can be found nearby across from the Strat. We really like the Strat and will be back for inexpensive comfortable stay.

Only visited the Strat Tower. It's high!!! Our tickets were purchased through Expedia saved $10.00 each. Were only planning on a night visit, but thought daytime would have a better view of the foothills. We were right. The tickets cover visits all day, you can come back anytime you want, which was great. Staff very friendly, except one elevator operator. No lineups, quick ride to the top in enclosed elevator. NO Glass floors??? View from top in the daytime was great, very clean and well laid out . Interior has Floor to Ceiling windows are a bit scary, Outside is just up a staircase. Very good visit except the elevator operator who should be fired, management needs to sort this guy out. Night time visit was just as good, no view of foothills, just the city lights.

We were plenty surprised with the lack of clean air filtered into casino.. for non smoking people its difficult here. Other casinos have a better policy on smoking ...its a trip back at least 30 years at the Strat. The hotel rooms were nice on some floors but not newly renovated on upper floors. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful

Checked in at 11am at front desk... we requested an upgrade and were told yes we have a Panoramic view room but it isn't ready yet. Let's get your number and we'll text you as soon as it's ready..waited 3 hours then called front desk room not ready yet. Went to desk after 4 hours to be told our room was given to someone else. We were offered another room at 100 more per night. But said we have a great room on the 19th floor. Turns out it shares a wall with the elevator. No customer service.. don't stay here.. poor service and the room is not nice
