The Sterling Motel

Great value! Hotel is very well kept but what makes it special is the staff. Lenny, the owner, is someone who makes you a better person just by knowing them and the ladies that do housekeeping are top notch.

Room was huge. We love motor inns. Bed was pretty firm. Gentleman at front desk was super nice. Would stay here again. Paid $65

They really saved our life's a deer ran in front of us on hwy 163 and stopped in front of is wrecked our rental car we barley made it to the main street the motel had good rates very clean very friendly I rate this a 10 out of 10 I stayed at surestay north in San Antonio and it was horrible thanks again Liz and Lennie take care you are the best ever nice getting to meet you guys

This motel was amazing, I don’t normally take motels, but I was traveling to Odessa for school on a bike and didn’t think I would survive the journey because it was so cold. So I stopped here in sterling. The room was warm, but there is an ac if you like sleeping in the cold. I went to sleep and my ex woke me in the middle of the night, and I couldn’t return to sleep. For that went to the two convenience stores by foot and got a midnight snack, which was basically cooked fresh and had a good conversation with a local. The doors are very sturdy and I felt safe in my room. I was locked out of my room 2 times on a Sunday, but the owner helped me rather quickly. Grade A experience for my first motel.
