Customer Reviews
The co-ed indoor pool was very relaxing. It’s warm and feels like a lukewarm giant jacuzzi. The spa amenities were decent. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi are all there. There is also a co-ed waiting room for services that includes tea, coffee, oranges, cheep pretzels and water. I wished they had sone more elevated snack options (Like dried fruit, bananas and sweet potato or banana chips and a better variety of tea. They only had chamomile, black or green tea. Service attendants (Mary and Finch) were very kind, helpful and attentive.
A relaxing experience at The Spa inside the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. The Spa is located in the same area as the gym on the second floor of the Ruby Tower. I got the 25 minute quick massage at 10am. I arrived early as mentioned on the reservation confirmation email to use some of the amenities in the spa, but they didn’t open the doors until a few minutes before 10, so I only had time to change and get ready for the service. The service itself was amazing. It was too short, but I did not have more time, since I had to get back to our conference. They said I could come back until 6pm, but I was busy the whole day, so I could not come back, so I did not get a chance to experience the pool, or the sauna, or the steam room.
I had the opportunity to get a massage from Jan a highly experienced massage therapist. She has been there for about 20 years and it was extremely precise with her pressure and really accommodating. I had the 80 minute massage and then use the hot tub everything was clean in the facility and very well maintained. The outside of the spa has a really cool juice bar as well which goes together with it and I definitely recommend this spot. The gentleman that takes care of the men's Spa area was a subscriber from the channel very friendly. Spa manager was there to show me around in she was very accommodating had a great warm inviting personality. Eben Rockmaker
This spa experience really blew me away. Christy gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is such a talented therapist. Also, the facilities were so clean and peaceful. I loved the Roman style bath house. I can’t wait to go back someday
The best part of Vegas for me, these baths are perfectly executed. Gorgeous co-Ed pool and then more private hot tub, steam room, and sauna in gendered areas. I got a salt scrub with a cocoon at the end which was lovely and rejuvenating. It wasn’t very crowded when I was there, but it was maybe too early for the freewheeling Vegas crowd.
