The Sinclair, Autograph Collection

I stayed three nights at this hotel for a large family wedding. It’s an elegant property with great Art Deco character, beautifully renovated from the former 1920s Sinclair Oil Company building and located in a charming, walkable area of downtown Fort Worth. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a large marble-walled bathroom.||The evening before the black-tie wedding, I realized I’d forgotten my tuxedo bow tie. After unsuccessfully searching several downtown stores, I mentioned my predicament to Matthew M., the Assistant GM, at the front desk. Without hesitation, he pulled out his phone, ordered a bow tie from a local suburban department store via Instacart, and had it delivered to my room within the hour—complete with a handwritten note wishing me an enjoyable wedding and congrat

First-World Hype, Third-World Delivery! This hotel heavily markets itself as a cutting-edge, super-technological modern stay in a beautifully restored Art Deco building, but the reality didn't match the hype for us. While the location in downtown Fort Worth is excellent and the design is striking, several practical issues made the experience frustrating. * No on-site EV charging: Despite the "innovative energy" branding, there's no EV support. We ended up charging for hours at a nearby Super Walmart instead of relaxing at the hotel; very inconvenient for EV drivers. * Smart room features more annoying than helpful: The automated lights, sensors, and controls often felt glitchy ("hit or miss") or overly random, with lights activating unexpectedly and disrupting sleep or comfort. * Bath

I had an incredible stay at The Sinclair Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and upscale. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable—everything you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. A special shout-out to Banacar in valet, who truly went above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Banacar greeted us with genuine warmth, handled everything quickly, and made the arrival and departure process effortless. His customer service alone elevated the entire experience. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend staying at The Sinclair Hotel—and make sure you look for Banacar at valet. He’s outstanding!

The overall experience was wonderful. Rooms were modern with a touch of retro charm to honor the legacy of the building. The beds are very comfortable. Service was top notch and the valet guys are awesome. One of the valet guys stood out in friendliness and service. Landry was so kind and held great conversations plus he made sure we were taken care of. Overall such a great experience!

Restaurant food is great, rooftop bar is great, location great, but gym roof is broken, the pipe of the building is broken. Anyways, hardware of the hotel sucks , hopefully they can upgrade soon. However , the staffs are nice and trying to help.
