The Signature at MGM Grand - Tower 2

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. It was spacious with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen does not come with any utensils or table ware. You have to request items from house keeping. It is a short walk to the strip and right next to top golf.

My husband recently stayed at a junior suite at this hotel and it was more than anything he had expected for a business trip. The views from the 30th floor balcony was stunning to say the least. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

I liked how this hotel was still connected to MGM Grand but a bit away from the busyness of the Vegas strip. The actual bed was comfortable but the pull out was uncomfortable. Awesome features: huge room and 2 bathrooms. We had a great time at the pools but there is a $50 fee per night for pool maintenance.

Rooms are good I'd say. But man the front desk not working with housekeeping is annoying. Front desk won't help at all and just defers blame to the 3rd party for everything. When first arrived there was a very angry woman complaining about how the restroom was flooding and had no towels to shower since 6am and it was 1pm at that time. Front desk just kept deferring blame and wasn't working on solutions. Total non communication. Im sure they save money using 3rd party but the times I've dealt with Front desk have been very dismissive experiences with no work towards solutions. Management needs to improve customer service

The room was clean and not a bad location. We had to valet our car which wasn't ideal. Also, the room only had luke warm water. We called the supporting team and it took them 48 hours to fix it. We were there for 3 nights and were only able to take a warm/hot shower/bath on the last day. Also the TV had an issue and you could only see about 1/2 of the screen and it made it unusable. Not a great experience. Don't recommend.
