I was there in the off-season for with, with 9 inches of snow on the ground. The weather outside was bitter cold because of an unusual winter storm. The lodge was still warm and cozy! It's great stalwart building and the room was absolutely cavernous. It is hands down the nicest non-chain hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The coffee machine in the lobby was superior. I really have no complaints and will definitely bring the family back here. Be prepared for no fitness room at all, but the room I was staying in was more than enough for some calisthenics and kettlebell work

We hosted a memorial service in the event center area and this team was excellent! They were helpful, efficient, accomodating and kind (we had a lot on our plate to navigate). Loved the event room. The food was buffet style and very well done. They reassured us that they could adjust as needed to the amount of attendees since we weren't complete sure of what our head count would be. They did just that. Quick to help us and accomodate along the way. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seasons Lodge. Due to the winter storm, the restaurant and bar closed early (as did the rest of the town). The one downfall is that there no longer is a pool at the Lodge. We planned on swimming and were disappointed when we walked around looking for the pool and discovered the location had been filled in with concrete. Other than that, the lodge was great. The one meal (lunch) that we had at Rafters was fantastic. We wish we could have experienced dinner as well. We will return when winter is over. Gave 5 stars because it was a great place to stay. If I could deduct half of a star, I would due to the absence of the pool. I should have done more research instead of going off of 8 year old photos!

We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. We have been coming to this hotel for several years since they remodeled after a fire. We always stay in the remodeled section. I can’t complain much. So glad the beds have new modern quilt like coverlets. But this visit & last we noticed the towels are really shabby. Very small, thin & cheap scratchy fabric. They need to get some bigger white plush towels to go with the rooms. Next time I think I’ll bring our own towels. Only other thing we couldn’t seem to adjust the heat to not blast us, finally turned it off & even cracked the door. We had dinner in the restaurant night we checked in. It was very good. We miss the indoor pool, it was great on winter stays.

Super, super nice place! The staff was great from the lady who actually answered the phone when I called for information, to the greeter in the restaurant who gave a couple of perimenopausal ladies a pitcher of ice water for our room to the servants in the restaurant who recommended the awesome nachos and were friendly to chat with. Hoping to get back to the area to hike and will plan to stay here again! Accommodations were really nice! Each room has a balcony which was great for winding down at night and coffee in the morning!
