★☆☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs – predatory charges and dishonest behavior We booked this stay to celebrate a 70th birthday with 9 quiet, respectful guests—mostly elderly family. Instead, we were treated like a “rowdy party” and hit with an extra “cleaning fee” after checkout, with zero proof of damages. This was in addition to a $150 cleaning fee. The only thing left was a plate and a cup in the sink because the dishwasher was full. They claimed “extra cleaning” was needed, yet nothing was broken or left dirty. We’ve stayed at many places and always receive 5-star reviews. This was the worst experience ever—nickel-and-diming guests and fabricating claims. Absolutely do not stay here.

Our 10-day stay at the Schubert Inn was a wonderful experience. If you ever have the chance, you must stay at this unique property. This historic home has been beautifully restored and updated with modern amenities. The owners take great pride in its upkeep and in ensuring your comfort. The house was immaculate. Everything was as pictured and advertised. The air conditioning, washer, dryer, stove, Wi-Fi, and other appliances were all in working order. Our daughter loved the bunk beds, large yard, and parks nearby. We highly recommend a stay at the Schubert Inn for anyone looking to experience the charm and history of Southern Idaho.
