Historic Lincoln Inn

I stay here at least twice a month. Luckily I’m moving to the area so I won’t need to stay at hotels as much, but this place has been a “home away from home” for almost 3 years now. Rooms are fantastic, clean, and well kept. Problems with door codes are minimal. I love that you can check yourself in/out. People who work here are super nice, but this leads to my only complaint (and it’s a big deal to me) it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get help in a timely manner. Ironic that one of my favorite aspects of this place- not having to talk to anyone to check in- is also my biggest frustration. Anytime I find that I need to speak to someone about anything- checking in early, adding an extra day, technical issues, etc- I absolutely dread it. The other day I came during “office staff hours” to ask a question,

Would never stay here again. Impossible to speak to anyone. No manager on duty. You have to call a number and leave a message and they call back whenever they choose. Am handicapped and needed a ground floor room. Was put on the second floor and manager hung up when we tried to change. Paid for 2 nights, but only stayed 1. Mattresses were very uncomfortable!! Room smelled musty. Not smoking, but smokers are allowed to smoke right below the staircase and put their cigarette butts out right below the stairway. Our room was on the second floor next to the stairway and it often reeked of smoke outside or when we opened the door. Lots of vehicle noise from being on main street in Gooding. Find a better place to stay!

We had an amazing experience at The Historic Lincoln inn. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully designed, felt like we were in an apartment. Making our stay incredibly comfortable. The full kitchen setup was a huge plus, perfect for longer stays or just enjoying a home-cooked meal while traveling. Bed was super comfortable, and the entire space felt newly renovated and fresh. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth and hassle free. This hotel offers excellent value for the price. I highly recommend staying here. My family of four will definitely be back.

This little motel in this cute little small town was pleasantly perfect after a long day of driving! It was newly remodeled and very clean. You can tell how well a room has been cleaned by corners and floorboards. They were spotless. Bedding was new and modern, because I am a germaphobe and get grossed out by the 40 yr old bedspreads in hotels, so really appreciated seeing newer/modern bedding!|Lastly, check in was the easiest I have ever done. You are give a door lock code after you reserve online, so no need to stop by the front desk or mess with room keys. Just park and go straight to the room!

The room was very clean. We were almost wondering if we were the first to use the room after the remodel. They have a different way of checking in it's almost like an Airbnb where you have a code, so you don't go to a front desk. There's no breakfast but there are some restaurants close by that serve breakfast and they had a microwave and fridge in the room. It is on main Street so you do get some traffic noise, but with the fan going it didn't bother us. The bed was very comfortable. In our room they didn't have a small table or a desk, so if you're going to work on a computer, bring your own.
