The Salty Salmon

We booked The Salty Salmon specifically for the hot tub due to arthritis, and because we were celebrating a birthday and Valentine’s Day. It was extremely disappointing to learn after arrival that the hot tub was unavailable. While we were refunded $45 for the “hot tub fee” and later an additional $30 for inconvenience, that does not reflect the value of a major advertised amenity — especially when it was the primary reason we selected this home. Unfortunately, there were additional maintenance issues. The master shower did not drain properly, the projector in the rec room had no remote, several upstairs remotes had dead or missing batteries, and the indoor tub could not be filled with warm water due to limited hot water capacity. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am, which already

Hot tub didn't work. Balcony boards are squishy like they are beginning to rot and banister around balcony wobbles if leaned on. Better properties all around it

We loved the Salty Salmon!! It is very close to the ocean and places to visit and things to do. Some of our pickiest children were surprised by how comfortable the beds were. The youngest children loved the climbing wall and play house and toys. Everyone enjoyed the TV projection system to play Mario Kart and other games. The kitchen was spacious and the entire house had all the amenities anyone could want. The large kitchen/dining room table was a big help. We also loved the large windows and the view and it was comfortable whether on the deck on in the home. The parking was very good and overall everyone loved staying there. We had close and easy beach access. We highly recommend renting this home. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Needs a remodel. Dirty floors, windows, dust under couches. Toys had mold on them. Don't work with this company.
