The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, Autograph Collection

I recently stayed at The Row Hotel at Assembly Row and had a truly wonderful experience. I was in town for an event with my sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel valued right away. Throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was kind, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel is light, modern, and very pleasant. It’s beautifully designed, extremely clean, and offers a comfortable environment that makes you feel relaxed the entire time. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. It's just a bit far from Boston city center. All staff are very nice and helpful. The room space is really huge.We got $25 hotel credit to use for breakfast/ dinner/ or to buy some snacks from the hotel. We decided to spend it w/ breakfast. We can choose either a la carte or buffet. The breakfast is pretty tasty. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in a nice neighborhood.

We had a fabulous stay at the Row Hotel, we were warmly greeted by Deepa, enjoyed conversations with Victor, Mike, Christopher and Sarah all so friendly first thing in the morning as we had our pup with us out on our 6 am walks. Our room was spotless and the bed and lines are UBER comfortable. Highly recommend staying here, making our Christmas holiday celebrated with such ease and comfort! The common area/lobby is a scene with comfortable seating, warm sofas beautifully decorated. Later night craft cocktails are a must-even for those who prefer mocktails. Try the peppercorn cocktail! Much appreciation to the decorating and amenity details including soft lighting and smart placement of switch plates in room- it matters!

My young family and I stayed here back in October and I am still thinking about the kindness showed by the staff here. The room was great, well suited for our needs. The location was great for us, very safe, and with easy access to the T via an Orange line stop. What really set this hotel apart for me, however, was the service. Everyone we encountered during our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, my son left his most prized stuffed elephant in the bed when we checked out. He was distraught when we realized it at home. I contacted the hotel in the off chance that housekeeping may have found it. Luckily, they did! They shipped it back to us quickly, but the real surprise was that included in the package were adorable photos of his elephant enjoying the hotel while he and my son were apart.

Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Beautiful lobby and bar. Lots of perks with your stay. Location is wonderful right in Assembly Row near all of the stores and restaurants, across from the T. Omar is the best bartender (even though he was just covering the bar)!! He is hilarious, honest and holds a great conversation.
