The Roslyn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

A typical 'chain' hotel given a real uplift by their staff and customer service. I'd highly recommend it over nearby alternatives. I tend to just review restaurants but this hotel was worth a review. As a very frequent business traveler, I stay in a lot of hotels. I was here for two nights while visiting a local relative. I had low expectations but I am happy to say they were unfounded and I was very happy with my stay. I've since stayed one more night and my experience was the same. The staff are all very much above average - friendly, professional, patient, and in today's hotel world, are fantastic. My son recently got married near the hotel, and we had a LARGE room block at the Roslyn Tapestry Hotel. I cannot say enough GREAT things about our experience from start to finish!!!! Mary-Jo Hendrickson & Rosenery Chicaiza, our sales contacts, were professional, helpful, and AMAZING throughout the planning process! I had a LOT of questions, since this was our first family wedding, and they were responsive every single time, offering great advice and accommodating our requests. Positive: Location Negative: The mattress and pillows were a little too soft. Sound proofing needs improvement, especially if rooms or entry doors are within close proximity of each other. No complimentary breakfast.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I was initially a bit skeptical about booking because I always Airbnb but I’m really glad I did — everything worked out perfectly. During checkout, I was running a little late, so I called the front desk to let them know. Alexa was incredibly understanding and helpful, which really eased my stress. Her kindness made the whole situation so much better. I stayed here while visiting family. The hotel was the perfect place to relax close enough to family, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from my very annoying cousins 😄. Overall, the staff was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Entering the hotel was very nice. Great vintage look with modern amenities. The staff at the front desk was really helpful and were very attentive. We forgot our toothbrushes and they were able to provide basic toiletries, that was a big plus. The room itself was well laid out and the lighting around the mirror was great. The AC/ heat worked really well and it was nice to have a smart tv in the room and allowed us to watch hbo max without signing in. We also had breakfast brought up to the room and it was a very yummy and filling breakfast. ||The only bad thing I would say was there was dirt/mold on the curtains. It didn’t make me want to touch open the blinds and we left it alone.
