The Rock View Cabin

Rock View Cabin by Cabin Hosts is absolutely amazing. Mike and Cate have truly thought of everything to make your stay memorable. You're always welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks, a signature touch at all of their cabins. Each cabin includes a guidebook filled with local restaurant recommendations and nearby activities—all within a short drive. We especially loved Rock View for its stunning views of Chimney Rock and the romantic atmosphere of the cozy cabin. One of our favorite features was the hot tub, which sits just a few feet from its own private waterfall—truly magical. Fall is an especially beautiful time to visit, with vibrant colors painting the landscape if you time it right. We've stayed at nearly all of Mike and Cate’s cabins over the years and never consider looking

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in The Rock View Cabin. The hosts, Cate and Mike are wonderful and have made sure guests have everything they might need during their stay. The location of the Cabin offers a breathtaking view. Perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day filled with activities in the area. We will definitely visit again in the fall, since it's apparently a completely different experience.

This cabin and this view is unmatched by anywhere we have ever stayed! It is the most romantic, cozy cabin with every need met! Cate and Mike thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and truly memorable! The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen has all supplies needed and the hot tub with the view is perfect! We even loved making a fire down at the fire pit! We loved every minute! Thank you guys so much!!

We had a fantastic stay at Rock View Cabin in Chimney Rock, NC — truly a five-star experience! The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Chimney Rock itself. From the peaceful mornings on the porch to the evenings by the fire, everything was perfect. It was the ideal getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

Rock View Cabin is hands down the best cabin in Chimney Rock! Full of 1940s charm with original wood floors and cozy pine paneling, this 2BR gem is perfect for a relaxing getaway or mountain adventure. The view of Chimney Rock from the back deck is absolutely stunning, and the screened porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. Located within walking distance to Chimney Rock Village and Lake Lure, it’s truly the best vacation rental in Chimney Rock. We didn’t want to leave—and you won’t either!
