The Riverside Motel

This was an excellent stop for us. The room was clean, the A/C worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. The surroundings were treed, spacious and clean. Check in was easy. It’s 2 min off the 401. Recommended!

Awesome experience with this motel. It was so clean! The beds were super comfortable. Each room has a heat pump for A/C and heat, along with satellite TV so we could catch some sports at night. It is such a comfortable place to stay and so quiet. We chose to stay twice in less than a week on our way to and from our vacation destination. The best part is how friendly and customer service oriented the owner is. She was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly place to stay on a budget, I can't say enough good things about the Riverside Motel.

Family run motel. Owners are warm welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pets are very welcome at this lovely motel. We will return 😁👍🐶 Sept/28/18 Update: we returned to stay in 2023 and it was still great! Update: Back again, July 23rd & August 1st 2025. We love this little place and the family that runs it! Very clean and so comfortable, great night sleep. Thanks again Amanda, for your wonderful hospitality. ❤️

It's a fantastic gem of a place! Amanda and family are kind, helpful, and most of all, just wonderful, fantastic people!!! The rooms are incredibly clean, and the beds are so comfy!!! My parents also got a room and were very pleased with how great everything was for them too! It's a really great, quiet place! Thank you so much!!! P.S. my daughters favourite part was the closest. I'm not sure why, but she wanted to make sure I mentioned how great the closet was ha ha ha

Lovely, so I won't mention that it took a while to get hot water...oops... But seriously, that was my only negative, everything else was fine.
