The Riverbend RV & Campground

Not a welcoming place, really only for permanent campers. The site looks dirty and neglected. The sanitary facilities look like something out of a horror movie. Really disgusting. I had to force myself to enter the room. Due to its location next to a smelly creek, there is a mosquito problem, but this is not included in the rating.

We have come here for camping and river rafting for about 15 yrs. A group of 15 to 20 of us. Last year, 2023 camp grounds were flooded due to heavy snow in the mountain range. This year it year, 24’, is a great year for camping and rafting!

Leider hat es uns nicht gefallen. Zwei Sterne für ein schnelles Check-in und einen günstigen Preis von 30$ für eine Zelt. Stellplatz konnten wir selber wählen. Es gibt keine Picknick Tische und das WC Haus ist eine echte Zumutung. Absolut dreckig. In vielen Duschen hängen Spinnweben und Kalk läuft die Wände hinunter, sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Der Boden ist sehr schmutzig und die Wasserhähne locker. Kein WC Papier. Dann hat der Platz durch den nahen Fluss eine richtige Mückenplage. Es war nicht auszuhalten. Dann ist die Hauptstraße so nah dass man sie natürlich die ganze Zeit hört.
