The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles

The Ritz-Carlton's customer service is second to none! The staff was attentive and helpful in every way. Many times they anticipated my needs before I could articulate what I wanted. Our hotel room was pristine and I loved the turn down service after a long evening out. I do suggest having meals off site. Our food was not hot when served. It was also a steep upcharge to eat breakfast at the hotel. However, we also utilized room service and our food was hot and fresh. The only disappointment was they gave us packaged sauces, I was expecting house made dressings giving the price point. I also worked out in the Fitness Center that had great views of the city, fresh towels, and bottled water. Everything that I needed!

Wow, just go to the JW around the corner. I had no idea they were that close to each other, let alone ajoined. Lets start of with the valet 1 and 2. 1. Curbside no one helped me with my bags. 2. Inside no one helped me with my bags at check in to bring them up to my room. Lets move onto the room. Very sub par. No better than my room at the Courtyard Marriott in San Jose. Amenities in the room were minimal, as in the bathroom. The only thing that stands out was the large shower and tub. Most hotels even just a step or two below this level of hotel have more products and toiletries to offer a guest. Next, COVID IS OVER!!!! Please bring back menus and room/hotel amenities listings on paper. Stop with the QR codes. The menu on it is very confusing and selections are incredi

We spent a day and half at this hotel over Christmas and absolutely loved every minute. ||This location is modern and stylish and the staff are polished but also very warm. ||We enjoyed the Club Lounge and amenities. All were top notch.||The staff are so kind and charming. Josh in the Lounge and Harrison at the Front Desk were among our favorites.||We enjoyed the easy enclosed walk to the J.W. Lobby and the excellent bar there as well.||We can't wait to return to this property.

While most of my business is closer to Beverly Hills, I choose to stay here because the service is top notch. Even for a Ritz Carlton, the quality here is best of the best. The pool is shared with the JW, but its large enough that it still doesn't ever feel crowded. And the spa is right there which makes its one of the best spots for a luxury off day to just relax and do some self-care. The rooms are quiet too which I put a high value on. Overall, I recommend this for both business and leisure stays. Thanks Ritz!
