WORST PLACE EVER! The Room and grounds; This place is a dump! We paid for a week and it's day 3 and we still don't have any I mean zero hot water in the shower. Maintenance can't change a simple value stem so they have to get a plumber. They said that they could not change our room and we have to wait in the room until the plumber shows up. Well it's been 3 days and still no plumber. Our bathroom door would not close so maintenance cut an inch off the top and left a big gap. This is supposed to be a newly renovated room but they left the old carpet and the smell is really bad plus the quality is horrible. Ice machine Broken. Pool Broken. Elevator Broken. Internet Broken. Today is Tue Feb. 24 wanted to apply with Rita suites,doors was locked it was 12:52 noon, waited until 2:03. The 2 females that workes in the front office came and finally let me in,one short lady was rude,some kind of professionalism at work. One of the tenants there told me he been fighting roaches every since he moved in 1 week ago, paid for a month,I said why didn't he leave. he said that's the only place for him to stay for now ,then he said he gots to go put his gloves back on for round 8 the second week of fighting roaches. We will not be renting an apt at this place, rude receptionist, poor customer Service and infestation.

Beware...i lived here for 1 week and immediately moved out. Strong vibrators pulsating the floors ALL night long, you can't sleep. Boom boxes on low booming day and night, security can't do anything. Screaming and fighting couples, oh and also everyone is on the same water heater so most days showers were luke warm at best and one morning it was cold, front desk says it's common just wait a awhile it gets warm again. For the price they charge you would be Out of your Mind to live here. You have be WARNED

Front desk is super nice and very helpful. I don't know for the other units, but ours was shiny and bright. Small fridge no stove so living room was spacious. Had to buy a burner for a bit of cooking. Other units have stove and refrigerator for whoever plan to stay longer. I like the color of the building, look very great at night. I Very recommend it.

I moved to Vegas in June 2024. I have spent about 6 months at Rita Suites between a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. 100% this is the best weekly in Las Vegas. The front desk staff Sam and Germani plus the manager are amazing and will help with anything needed. 7 months ago it may have been a but rough but that is because they have gutted every unit, remodeled every unit and have seriously put A LOT of money into the grounds. They just finished an amazing paint job! There is so much staff here and all of them take such good care of the property and tenants our office ladies are the BEST, they make everything fun, decorate for holidays, hand out candy and ice cream... they really go above and beyond for the tenants. With Advance Managment taking over this property there has been nothing but g
