This property has the potential to be great but the owners need to spend money to make money. You can’t just let the property go without consequences. Outside of property has tons of potential but needs to be done by a professional landscaping business. The property’s sign needs to be well lit and more lighting on the property. Inside of the lobby needs an architect to come in and redo the layout, all the couches either need to be reupholstered or buy new ones, the fire place in winter needs to be going. The coffee shop/snack shop could use a major upgrade. Now let’s talk about the restaurant. It’s got the ambiance but the food needs to be a lot better. Location is amazing, if you enjoy the outdoors. The rooms are nice and there is a restaurant and bar in house. It is an amazing alternative to the hotels down in the city. Weather is perfect for the area.

The restaurant was an excellent experience. Ronee, our server, was completely slammed for breakfast as it looked like they were shortstaffed. She is a rockstar because she just was flying around taking care of people to her best of her ability. It is obvious that the chef prepares the food with love. The meatballs and bananas foster French toast were spectacular. Thank you, Ronee

The people that work here are what make this place great. Staff always smiling and very eager to help with any needs. Room and card readers could use some updating but it is historical feel. It would be nice to have either the restaurant or the snack shack open earlier but that's just my personal preference.

This review is rated more towards the restaurant on site. While there are beautiful views, the restaurant is outdated and drab. The women’s bathroom in the lobby is missing a door handle from the inside. The staff is all friendly and service from all was good. The food and beverages however are highly limited and very overpriced for the quality. With them being one of the only options currently on the mountain I would figure the pricing would reflect accordingly, however moving forward we will definitely be leaving the mountain to dine or brining our own food. We ordered a tbone and received what looked like a heavily overcooked thin sirloin (photographed with the review) we asked for medium and received very well done. When we received our correct cut steak and cook it was very chewy and
