The Red Station

My husband and I had a GREAT 7 night stay here in Apt. #1! Response time of the hosts was awesome - very fast and they answered any questions we had! The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect size for 2 people. Very clean, great amount of storage / hanger space. 2 sets of towels per person, extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pot, tea kettle etc. Having laundry on site / in our apartment was super helpful since we did a lot of hiking and rafting and our clothes got dirty quickly. I would say that if you’re a light sleeper like me - definitely bring ear plugs because you will hear the cars on the highway and the train whistles. You might also hear noise from your neighbors as you’ll share walls with other units if you’re not in a stand alone cabin - nothing unexpected, j

The Stationmaster house was perfect for our family of five. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier, so it’s very convenient if you don’t have a timed entry and need to be there before 7am. The air conditioning was needed during our trip in July, where temps reached the mid 80’s and it didn’t get dark until about 10pm. The house was super clean and felt private. A gas station, small grocery store and local food options were all close by as well. Highly recommend!

Clean, affordable and comfortable. It was the perfect little cabin to come back and rest for the night after our days out hiking. Communication was clear and they provided prompt, helpful responses whenever we had questions. They are also in a great location. Within 10 minutes east there are groceries, restaurants, desserts, coffee, bars and shops. Under 10 minutes west and you can be at the Belton Chalet for dinner or enter Going to the Sun Road and enter Glacier National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, quaint little cabin. Suited our needs fine. Only complaint is there were only 1 wash cloth for each person that I could find. Other than that no real complaints. Clean, had detergent, dryer clothes, dish soap, dish rags, towels, tissue, toilet paper, etc. Wifi was a good addition. Only ~15 minute drive from Glacier national park. Would recommend for a couple to stay at! Food can also be anywhere from ~7-30 minutes away.

The red station lodges are an amazing place to stay. The cabins are very cute. it's very close to Glacier National Park and they have very clean cabins and great amenities. the cabins are decorated very nicely and are well-kept with great service. The people here are just amazing! There are even great views of the mountains and occasionally you can hear the ambience of a train passing
