Not only is GVR one of the most breathtaking and picturesque wedding venues in Montana, it is also thoughtfully curated and run by two truly exceptional humans. Mike and Crystal went above and beyond to make every part of the experience seamless, with each detail carefully and intentionally executed. Green Valley Ranch is by far my most favorite venue to work at as a wedding planner! Mike and Crystal are so much fun to work with and they take great care of the property! GVR gives couples the most beautiful canvas to design the wedding of their dreams. No two weddings are alike and the space truly gives you the creative freedom to have fun and create something magical! I love that there is lodging on site as well. This makes for a great place to host family and your closest friends for your wedding weekend. In addition to the wedding, you can host your rehearsal dinner or morning after brunch and really make the most of the property. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Green Valley Ranch a couple times now over the 2025 wedding season and to say it’s one of our favorite venues is an understatement! Mike and Crystal (the groundskeepers) are two of the most genuine, humble, and incredible people to work with. They consistently go above and beyond for their weddings and are always on call at the exact moment we need them. At one wedding it rained and they came down to help wipe the ceremony chairs without anyone asking them, which is something we rarely see at other venues!
