The Platinum Hotel & Spa

All-suite, non-gaming, non-smoking hotel right behind the Strip. The suites have full kitchens, balconies, and are very spacious. The pool area is small but quiet and relaxing. The spa is excellent. It attracts an older, quieter crowd which is exactly the point. You're steps from the Strip chaos but insulated from it. Extended stay friendly. One of the best-kept secrets for people who want proximity without the madness.

We stayed at the Platinum Hotel, which is off the Strip but within walking distance of the monorail and several casinos. The room had a laundry machine, which I found worth the price since I do not like overpacking. I only interacted with a few staff members(Lindsey), but they were all professional and friendly. I do not remember his name, but the bellman who helps with luggage and just about everything else really makes the place run; he was always there and eager to help. Be sure to take care of him if you go.

If you are looking for the perfect Las Vegas stay without the smoky casinos and endless lobby crowds, The Platinum Hotel & Spa is the place to be. It offers a sophisticated, relaxed vibe while being just a short walk away from the heart of the action at Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd. What I loved about my stay: Massive Suites: Unlike standard hotel rooms, these are actual suites. Having a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and a private balcony was a total game-changer. It felt like a luxury apartment rather than a cramped hotel room. Suite rooms — many with washer/dryer and non-functioning fireplace. Wonderful view to the north of the Sphere at the end of every hall from the east side of the building. It's a 20 year old hotel so some visible wear and tear and some things not working as they should. Nice, huge bathtub that heated/filled fast but shower that took forever to heat up but they fixed it while I was there (while I was out). Dealt with Lindsay when I booked it and she was super. Good quiet place if you don't want to be on the strip. Nice view. Free parking with quiet safe garage. Just down the road a couple miles from Target and many shops, fast food and a Lawry's restaurant a block away. I'm not hung up on being on the strip with added parking fees etc so I thought it was a very good location. Easily walkable

Checkin was fast and staff was friendly. My room clean and spacious for me. Overall, i am happy staying here.
