The Peninsula Cape May

We recently stayed for a lowkey bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect spot! We stayed at the Avignon- the cottage house on property. We had our own private house to celebrate in while having full access of the pool and main hotel facilities. The rooms were clean and cozy- there were a number of quick bite places within walking distance and we were about 20 minute uber ride from downtown Cape May. We truly had the best of both worlds! I would def go back with the girls- my husband - or my family. It’s a unique and beautiful location!

Place is amazing. The whole vibe of the BNB is attention to detail and classy. The staff were accommodating during our stay and we highly recommend

Not a good experience. Would not stay again. Rooms are very small. Bathroom sink and faucets were filthy. Loud air conditioner over our heads. Bathroom fan wouldn't shut off. No fire escape on third floor. TV was very limited. Food was excellent and the one bright spot was a lovely young lady from Bosnia who took care of us quite well.

I had dinner with friends at Provence. The setting is beautiful. The food was okay. It took 3 hrs for dinner and it wasn't anything special. My food was good, but others in the group said theirs was awful. I had the Lobster ravioli appetizer, lemon asparagus risotto and the creme brulee. It took an hour to get the dessert after completing the main course. I'm not sure why the service was so slow. I don't think I would go back as there are so many other options available.
