The Patio Cabins

Warm, welcoming quiet cabins with essential kitchen amenities (extra big mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker too). Cozy cabins, super nice host, Nick who greeted us. Beds comfortable. Super strong hot shower! We got the adjoining rooms which was great for a family traveling yet offers privacy too. Carport a treat with the snowfall overnight. 11 minutes to Bretton woods ski resort for awesome skiing. We will be back!

Had a wonderful second stay at Patio Motor Court the first week of October. Leaves were at peak color and weather was perfect. Carroll NH is a great central location for many activities in the area. The room had comfortable beds and having a well equipped kitchenette was a big plus for us. Bathroom shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The tv had lots of available channels and WiFi was decent. Tip: if you decide to stay in Carroll, pack what you want for food as there is no supermarket nearby. Highly recommend this motel! Owners were super nice with lots of helpful information on the area. If you're leaf peeping, recommend you visit during the week as weekends get quite crowded. Great accommodation for reasonable price! Wish I could give it more than five stars!

What a find! We stayed in one of the cheaper double cabins, which was great! Super clean, well stocked kitchen for preparing food, comfy bed, good working heat. The shower was frankly, astounding. Super hot with ridiculous water pressure, which after our day hiking in the Presidentials in single digit temps was so satisfying. Fantastic location with easy access to Appalachia, Crawford Notch, Zealand trailheads. Yaya’s is right down the road for convenience/deli and Bethlehem is only 15 min away (check out Rek-Lis Brewery). We booked day of arrival so they just called us with details so we didn’t need to bother checking in and could go directly to our cabin. Will be back!

I just stayed at The Patio with my husband and toddler on a weekend visit to Santa's Village and Mount Washington. We will come here again when we go to Santa's Village in the future. The Patio was a great home base to both of these locations and at a comfortable rate for us. We stayed on one side of a divided cabin with two queen beds and had everything we needed - the kitchenette, bathroom with tub, and very good wifi. The cabin was kept very warm and we weren't there long enough to know about extra blankets, linens, etc. but the bed linens provided were very comfy and perfect for the night temps. I'd like to add - the place was spotless when we arrived. It's obviously an older building, but I was not expecting it to be *that* clean given its age. Which is great, my child is at an age wh

What an amazing rustic cabin !! Exactly what my boyfriend and I envisioned for our New Years getaway .. it was so quiet even with the main road not far away .. my only issues with our stay - it would of been nice to have the outside patio light on to assist with arrivals (this is for winter months when it gets dark earlier) And secondly the fridge .. it is way too cold and the majority of food froze or slightly froze - a bit inconvenient- and a HUGE plus was how clean the cabin was upon arrival !! Instantly felt so welcoming ❤️ Definitely a spot we will remember for our next visit in the future
