The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

Love this hotel it has great views n dog n kid friendly. Everything u want in a hotel. Live music, 2 water sides, 2 or 3 restaurants to eat n get drinks from, corn hole n fire pit. N the best part the beds r king size in the double bed rooms n they r actually really comfortable. I got lots of good rest before we hit the town the next day. Definitely will be returning someday.

Positive: Location and views Negative: Rest rooms at the lobby level can be maintained well. And microwave per floor is inconvenient and the breakfast doesn't serve hot milk and we have to take cold milk to some upper floors and wait in microwave line to hear them up.

We had stayed at this hotel before almost 9 months ago, then we returned, we had booked through a third-party and upon arrival we received their old rooms that were getting ready to be renovated & replacing with new furniture. The room furniture was extremely inappropriate from my taste and we had such a very beautiful room on our last visit and the service was very, very nice. I expected the same thing at this point. I was unhappy and we went down to the front desk. My husband and I explained to them and showed them pictures of our room furniture that was not up to part of a 4 or 5 star hotel. My husband and I did not even unpack. We went back downstairs to the front desk and the front desk clerk Matthew was so understanding he changed our room to a suite with a city view, he did not char

We've stayed at a decent amount of Hilton hotels without any complaints. This one needs work. We checked in online, arriving in the room there was pee and hairs on the toilet seats. I went downstairs and let them know we just checked in, we need another key, and the toilets are dirty. The man at the front desk just said ok and got on the radio to tell someone to clean the toilet. We were never offered cookies, just given the key and said the toilets would be cleaned. We went to dinner and came back to the toilets being cleaned. After staying for a couple days I noticed a binder on the floor of the bunk bed room, another child's homework. I brought it downstairs.
