The Overlook Cabins

Stayed here last year. First Airbnb I've stayed at and it did not disappoint. The tiny house was clean had wifi and a good TV so watching youtube was easy. There is a Dollar General just down the street so grabbing a frozen pizza, chips and some ice cream was super convenient. Having a pizza pan, pizza cutter and plates was great. The deck was so peaceful. I see that they have a little hot tub on the deck which was not there last year. The only complaint I have is that the water heater is not very big so showers have to be quick if more than one person needs a shower. Great place to stay, I highly recommend.

BED BUGS!!!!! DON'T BOOK HERE!!!!! We woke up covered in the insects, the tell tale signs of an established infestation (blood spots and smears all over our sheets and pillowcases, insects themselves and parts of ones we crushed in our sleep). We took photos and even google image match searches immediately pulled up "adult bed bug" images. We had never seen them before and were horrified. The hosts were completely NONCHALANT. Did NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE or offer ANY compensation. They wouldn't even meet us on site despite us waiting over an hour for them to show up. We had to contact Airbnb to report it and get a refund. I think they CONTINUE to rent out the cabin after us!!!!!! They tried to say they were carpet beetles but carpet beetles DON'T bite people and don't congregate in the bed only

Great spot if you want something outside of town, clean and not the typical hotel room or old cabin feel you’d expect from a tourist town. We’d love to stay again if we’re in the area!

Near Dogwood Canyon, this place has A+ service, nice clean cabins, in a beautiful secluded setting. We’d love to go again anytime!

Have been to this location twice. Different cabins each time and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit.
