Great community to be a part of. Been here for a few months now and so happy I choice the Oaks of Alba. Managers Bill and Chris are great and really take an interest in their neighbors. Property is clean, well maintained, and secure. Wonderful place to live.
We have new owners and the facility is wonderful. If you are a senior citizen 50 are older with no children this is a wonderful place. Puppies are welcome because we have a wonderful fenced dog park! You have options of renting with cover or not. We love it because it is gated and we know who belongs and who does not. Laundry room is good!
Quiet, secured gate, beautiful oak trees, free laundry, free wifi, and Direct TV is available.
Been here a year got new owners nice place good neighbors quiet great rates 350/450/550 I have cover over trailer one for my truck 10 by 12 a storage building water included wood electric great management friendly
I vision the lake and picnic and fish and rest while I can . Notices more rent few more stores. Cool. Mind live there new people neighbors I need social...
