Love this place. Super close to Crypto Arena and shopping as well. Felt safe even though I was travelling solo. Staff are extremely capable and accommodating. Rooms were great. AC has handy remote so you can control from beside. Room fridge is convenient and bottled water included. Breakfast exceeded expectations for a continental style. They had hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, granola, different breads and cheese, cold cuts as well as juices. Will not hesitate to stay again and recommend!

The rooms are a perfect size for one, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Once I learned how to operate the espresso maker, put the pod in sideways, how to operate the wand in the shower, use the knob above the shower head pull up or push down, and the TV, point the remote exactly at the red button, everything was great! Maintenance came to my room quickly to show me how to use the shower wand, polite and professional. The restaurant is operated by a vendor and I will say the food on offer and the service were both great. Best desserts I've had in a long time! The Refresher drink became my go to! Mike at the front desk was very helpful getting maintenance re the shower and also contacting the spa. Spa massage was very good, thank you Janet! Overall recommend this hotel both for staff

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The moment I entered the room, I saw cockroaches—and not just one, but several appearing from time to time. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear loud noises from the bed upstairs. Truly an awful experience!

Great location, pretty hotel, the nicest helpful staff! Front desk Raul and door man Jesus need raises $…our stay was perfect. We had a great concert at crypto center, so many great dining choices around, shopping center also a couple blocks away, clubs and bars around….really perfect location, even a rooftop bar right next door. And at this hotel it had great gathering space on the second floor and a basement karaoke bar and the rooms had the best ac units ever!

Stayed for just a quick weekend, so it offered what was needed. Area is alright, take precautions when walking outside late, otherwise keep to yourself and all is good. The rooms had the basic necessities, though they could use a little bit of a fix up or touching up in places. Curtains and some parts of the carpet are old/stained. AC in the room works well, but looks like it may fall off. Bathroom is clean
