The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle

We had a wonderful mid-winter getaway to this beautiful state park lodge. Shout out to the attentive staff! Because there were five of us, we opted for the large suite which had two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living area. The kitchenette only has a toaster oven and microwave for cooking, so plan accordingly. There were plates and silverware for six. Everything was super-clean. On Saturday night, we ordered the bbq plus a vegetarian meal. The meat was delicious - as was the beautifully seasoned vegetarian meal. There were pretty common spaces throughout the lodge to sit by the fire, play games, enjoy the views. We hiked the nearby butterfly trail and enjoyed the abundant birdlife. Other highlights were local drives through snowy mountains, watching people ice fish, and a delicious

We are traveling back to MN and decided to stay at this great Inn off of Rt.80. We are so glad we did, as we stopped early and had time to take a nice 3 mile hike. We had a room looking at the lake and had a wonderful meal. You do order the dinner the day before which I did on the road without a problem. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer- we will go back when we are back in the area!

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving at The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle. It was perfect in every way. ||The facility is immaculately clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and dressed with quality linens. The towels were great and the bathroom was spacious. ||It’s a quiet building with stunning views of the outdoors. The staff was accommodating and very professional. ||A nice breakfast is included with your room price. Our Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. ||It was a thoroughly enjoyable getaway. We will be back.

I got married here and it was a flawless perfect experience! Kaisha is an incredible coordinator and all the staff are super kind and caring! The rooms and food are all amazing, and the views are beautiful no matter what time of year.

Just completed our second family reunion at the Inn and will be looking to do a third. Love the location, the weather was beautiful. The food was delicious and the service excellent. |Enough to do for all ages. Took advantage of the beach and boating down the road. Look forward to going back.
