The Madison Hotel Morristown, NJ

We chose to stay at this hotel for the holidays. Having stayed previously, we knew that the decorations and the ambiance is what we needed during this hectic season.||The stay was magical! Highly recommend this hotel. Take advantage of one of the promotions during the year. Great savings opportunity.||Premium King Suite was far less than what you would end up paying at a 3 star hotel elsewhere.||Train to NYC is at the backside of the property.

I stayed here for one night in February of 2026. Overall it felt clean but it is extremely overpriced for what it offers. There is a gym and the gym is clean and it has standard things such as a lobby and breakfast. But it's extremely overpriced they even sell a bag of chips for $5 at the front desk. That's ridiculous and taking full advantage of the fact that their location is in the middle of basically nowhere. If you've rented a car then you'll do fine in the area but if you are coming here just by yourself or have other people coming to pick you up so you can see them I would never come here for the location or the local area The reception was this guy whose name I forget but he seemed to be some kind of Latino. He wasn't from this country he said but he didn't really feel very welc

From the moment we arrived, the Front Desk team was fantastic. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and was always willing to help, which immediately made us feel welcome. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel that was not only beautiful but truly clean. We consistently saw staff caring for the public spaces, and our guest room was spotless. When we requested extra towels, they were delivered quickly. What really stood out was how the team greeted us in the hallways and checked in to see if we needed anything else. That level of care made a big difference in our stay. The on site steakhouse, Rod’s, was another highlight. The atmosphere was so inviting and turned out to be a five star experience. The food was outstanding and delicious, and the staff did a wonderful job explaining the menu

Positive: Location Negative: When I was checking in, the person at the desk was more worried about what they were watching on their phone and waiting on me. Also, the bed was terrible. One side was firm. The other side felt like it was worn out.

The ceremony and reception for my wedding was at the Conservatory at the Madison Hotel. Tim and Joe from catering are AMAZING. They answered all of my questions (for months) and were open to finding a solution to anything I presented them with. I couldn't have done this without their hand-holding and I so, so, so appreciate all of their efforts. They are AWESOME!!! Jose was my maitre d' and he was also amazing. I had some Kosher guests and they all worked so hard to accommodate their meals and make sure everyone had the same experience. I know it was a lot for them to take in but they were totally professional and exceeded any expectations I had. The staff were also extremely attentive that day!
