The Lodge at Tiburon

We stayed here on an unseasonably bitter cold long weekend in December and were totally comfortable. The room was so quiet--great sleep. Housekeeping so efficient, lovely clean rooms. There is ample parking which is free. A nice pool (Which we did not use , but others were enjoying the hot tub and said it was delightfully warm). You are located on the boulevard, but our room did not have any road noise. We stayed in room 315. Convenient for us to visit family in Mill Valley and Sausalito; close to a long walking trail through Tiburon and Belvedere and within walking distance to Woodland Market--which offers amazing food (soups, deli , bakery, coffees, fresh fruit, etc.) There is an elevator to the upper floors. Clean. Quiet in back. Comfy beds. Friendly. Basic - mix of Motel6 and boutique. eCar charging stations are just props. But they 'do charge the owners car' for some reason (?!). Night shift...zzzzz. Off season prices are good to use it as a base to tour region for a week or more.

Really good spot to stay when in Tiburon. The seating in front lends itself to lounge and people watch. The location is walkable to all of Tiburon and having a very good restaurant on site makes it also a good stay in if weather is not cooperating on visit. Cant wait to come lounge by the fire and pool when not raining

Awesome hotel. Fantastic location, great restaurant right next door, and dog friendly! Josh & Rolando at the front desk could not have been nicer and more accommodating... They both deserve a raise and a promotion!

Hotel is marketed on Trip.com website as being 3.5km from Sausalito (where we wanted to stay close to in Marine county) - it is actually 8 miles by driving (maybe 3.5 km by direct distance via water with no public transport) where's the truth in advertisingLodge is more like a slighly better end motel and not really a hotel or a higher end "lodge" (see pic)On check in, first assigned room has broken toilet, it was around 4 pm and the technician on site was "gone for the day"Changed to a second room, no major disfunction except the smoke detector was covered by a taped on white towel ( see pic) really weird.For the price it charged, close to USD 280 a night, it was really expensive - and one other surprise came after paying thru Trip.com was an addtional charge of around USD 28 of
