The Lodge at The Orchard

I visited The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat a couple weeks ago, and it was a great experience. It’s tucked away in the countryside, but not too far from the city—just a quiet, open space surrounded by beautiful oak trees and cows. We got to stay on the property, walk/cart the entirely of it, and every part of it felt intentional. The outdoor ceremony area is stunning, the reception space is spacious and modern, and the guest lodges make it easy for people to stay without rushing back to Dallas. It’s the kind of place where you could slow down, connect, and actually enjoy the moment. Whether you’re planning a wedding, hosting a retreat, or just looking for a serene venue near DFW, this is a spot worth checking out. I left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already thinking about coming back.

Beautifully landscaped wedding venue built on an old pecan orchard. Easily accommodates 200 guests. Several (8 or 9) fully furnished cabins on site for out of town guests. One big magnificent house for the wedding party. Exquisite!

Such an amazing place to hold an event. My cousin's wedding was beautiful and so was the property. We stayed in the cabins and it was so convenient being right there on the property as all of the events.

We were in attendance for a wedding if our dear friend. They could not have picked a better venue. The views were breathtaking and served as the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful union. Hubby even thought about us renewing our vows, but I quickly shot that down. It did give me a great plot bunny for my next book.
