The owner and manager are absolutely amazing.They are the sweetest people I've been here for over two years. It's quiet, friendly, and clean. Ms Tammy is the best!!!

I've been here nearly a year and I have to say that I love it here. The owner and his employees are some of the kindest folks I've had the pleasure to know. They are willing to help when help is needed and they work very hard to make sure that your stay here is nothing short of perfect. It's quiet and peaceful just the way I like it. They have a bath house that is full of showers and I mean nice showers, beautiful ceramic tile in every one. Super nice laundry room with snack and change machine!...it's like camping in luxury. I'm so grateful to have found Happy Acres. It lives up to its name because I couldn't be happier with my experience here! Thank you Jimmy Belle and Tammy...... happy Tennant, Tessa
