The Lodge at Jackson Hole

We had such a great time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff helped book our snowmobile trip and we also enjoyed massages during our stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. Our room was great with no issues at all, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. The shuttle service was excellent and made getting around very easy. We especially loved the pool area, which included a hot tub and a dry sauna—perfect after a long day of activities. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we visit Jackson in the future.

This was our second time staying at The Lodge. We booked a king room with a fireplace which we used every night. The room was spacious and the shower was huge with a standard shower head and a rain head. It was a nice touch. Hotel location is fantastic IMO. We had a car however the hotel offers shuttle to town and Snow King, complimentary. There is a $5 hotel breakfast which opens at 7 AM. Offerings are pretty good for 5 bucks. The only thing I was happy about is that room service only visited every other day. When I’m on vacation, I don’t wanna have to make my own bed or clean my own bathroom Or go down to the lobby for extra towels. For what we’re being charged in all the extra fees, we should absolutely have our rooms cleaned daily.

Positive: This hotel is always very clean and the property is well-kept. The rooms were redone in the past couple of years. The shower is amazing, and the new mattresses are much more comfy than the old ones. The staff members were warm and friendly. Negative: The redone rooms are more reminiscent of mid-century modern, and they lost the western feel. On the plus side, the hallways, lobby and exterior kept their western/mountain charm.

The staff took an item out of our room, here’s our story. We stayed here for a few days for our trip to Jackson Hole at the end of JANUARY 2026. The hotel acts like our stay was forever go, wild! Pros: Nice clean rooms, big bathroom, great amenities, and cheap breakfast. Cons: Housekeeping only comes three days a week. Staff took an item from our room and were rude when we continued to ask about it. We had seen other reviews about staff taking random items from rooms and thought maybe it is just a once in a blue moon thing. Nope. We take photos of our room whenever we unpack anywhere as a safety net. We came back from our first day with maid service and noticed a pair of sunglasses were out of the case and the case was missing. We checked our photos and yes it was gone. We continued sea

we had such a great experience staying at the lodge and visiting Jackson Hole. Great staff, rooms and location. All activities are easily accessible with shuttle and or pick-up on location. A trip we will be sharing with family and friends for a lifetime. Cant wait to return with more family members to experience the fun and excitement we enjoyed.
