The Lodge at Eagle Rock Resort

Great location friendly staff we stayed in the Sugarloaf townhomes We got one of the older ones and it was disgusting. Dead flies on the windowsills. Dated furniture. The entire unit stunk. We had to keep the windows open the entire time it was really bad. When we complained nobody seemed to care. Also we requested a ground floor unit with handicapped access. We checked in late like 8:00 p.m. due to travel and encountered stairs. My mother barely made it into the unit. They would not swamp us for another unit. If we come back I'm not staying in the Sugarloaf townhomes. The hotel is a little bit better maybe three stars but not much we stayed there last year.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Went to a company Christmas party it was decorated beautifully very tasteful. It was catered the food was amazing it looked beautiful the way they had the stations set up was great . You didn’t have to wait in 1 giant line . The ice sculptures were breathtaking. The staff was nothing but courteous and were willing to help with whatever they could. The hotel was clean and cozy and warm . The lobby was beautifully decorated. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts and this is by far one of the most beautiful.and the view is to die for!!

Lovely and peaceful trip to Eagle Rock. As a property owner, there are nice amenities to experience and explore such as swimming, horseback riding and of course golf. The restaurant overlooking the range was nice. Pistachio gelato was scrumptious!

Nice view, great rooms. Location is great. BUT!!! No coffee on weekdays! Does not make sense. You have guests requesting it. Finally, one lady made it. Also, customer service is important. At least get up off your chair to talk. Etc…

The location is amazing. I love the accommodation food is really good and service. I recommend that if somebody invited you to come see the place, I would recommend it for you to try. There's no pressure they don't force you and still you can enjoy the free accommodation they offer, but of course it's a limited time offer.
