Customer Reviews
They're perfect little sweets I love them! We've stayed in many hotels worldwide it's like a little cottage, the Suites are nice and clean and have a kitchen, the staff is kind and friendly. There's plenty of parking it's easy to get to the rooms, in the main check in there's a nice fireplace a beautiful atmosphere environment, in the decor in the rooms is upgraded new looks great! We enjoy our stays in the suites!
The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon entering, the first thing that greets you is the terrible smell of cigarette smoke. Then, at the reception desk, you're met with an unfriendly person. The hallways are like something out of a horror movie, and you arrive at a room with torn sheets, dusty tables, a dirty bathtub, and a filthy floor. And when you check out, they'll do everything they can to keep your $50 deposit. On top of the disgusting conditions and terrible service, they also try to steal your money.
I had the best service with Christine when I was checking in she smiled the whole time was very helpful and seemed to love her job. Traveling with my job I have stayed at many hotels all over the U.S and it was just very nice to have someone help you that didn’t look like it was a struggle to be at work I recommend anyone to come to the hotel.
Hi my name is Patricia but my friend call me trish I been here for 2 years December 29 I did something wrong because of my addiction.\n It was an accident.\n I got discharged from the hospital yesterday and I talked to The manager to see if I can stay here.\n Because I broke something in my room. I'm grateful that I got a place.\n Still, but I gotta pay for my damages. It was my fault.\nSo I gotta take my responsibilities, but\nThis place is a nice place the staff are repectfull they do their job Leslie, Nate Rosa Christine, are the best staff that anybody could ask.Thank you guys for working with me and giving me a chance
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived with my room already booked and paid for online, but the receptionist charged me 68 dollars instead of the 50-dollar deposit. When I complained, he treated me in a rude and disrespectful way, as if I was in the wrong, until I showed proof of payment. It felt like he treated me that way because of racial prejudice, perhaps assuming I didn’t have the right to be there. He admitted his mistake but never apologized or showed any professional behavior. It’s a shame that such a simple mistake turned into such an unpleasant experience.
