Beautiful place to stay. So quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong and billiards. The equipment was very worn but it was still fun to play. We do want to give a Big Huge shoutout to Crystal. She was so super sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable about everything.

The place is a bit old and needs some maintenance and fixing. The appliance takes a while to work. The oven takes over 30 minutes to preheat. The dryer takes over 3 hours to dry one load. The dishwasher runs for 3 hours at the normal setting. The cabinet doors scratch the ceiling when you open it. The cookware is old and scratched. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful and easy going. The unit we stayed in was L-66.

My full name is Rosa Linda. I work from home and lead a very stressful life. The neighbors on my block back home are disgusting so I desperately needed to get away. This is the perfect place if you want to do nothing else but relax. There are lots of things you can enjoy here such as in indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a horseshoe pit, an outdoor professional shuffle board, a basketball court, etc. There is a very large on-site playground for the kids with beach sand, swings and other kiddy things. For rainy days there is a fitness room and an upstairs loft above the office where you can enjoy ping pong, pool and relax in the library. The staff is also wonderful. I did not get to meet everyone but I would like to give a special thank you to the manager Hope and some of staff especia

This has quickly become my go-to vacation destination. The townhouse-style units are fantastic, and the amenities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub, elevate the entire experience. Our unit overlooked a serene pond teeming with fish and turtles, creating a tranquil atmosphere that makes you forget you're at the beach. The staff consistently goes above and beyond from the moment you check in, ensuring every detail is perfect. It's more than just a getaway; it’s a truly unforgettable vacation experience!

Stayed in N 91 for a week. 2BR, 3 full bath!||All appliances, baths, BR, are updated.||TV remotes have a mind of their own, we muted when not watching. Too much hassle to turn on. Excellent wifi. Back porch looks over what was once a golf course ( Possum Trot?)tree line between properties, but has construction of new homes on the course now. Noisy if you leave the sliding glass door open but not noticable when closed. A turtle pond is out the front door across from parking spot. Complimentary Billiards and table tennis upstairs from check-in. Persistent to take a timeshare presentation when picking up the parking pass. We passed this time. The Cabana at the beach is a great plus as everywhere you park is $3 - $4 for 0 - 1hr at almost all the beaches. And here it is free with bathrooms, T
