Great House in a great location. 5-10 minute drive or slightly longer bike ride (using Erin's fantastic cruiser bikes) to all the main street restaurants. We loved Coyote Jacks and Moab Garage for Breakfast, Trailhead and 98 Center for Dinner, and Lops Pop Shop! Erin provided very clear and helpful information, and check in and check out were both super easy. The house is clean with a nice balance of fun and eclectic with warm and homey. We stayed in the Labyrinth Room, which only has a half bath; but the guest bathroom down the hall has a great shower and was always available when we wanted to use it. The house is also stocked with board games, books, trail maps, etc. There is a back sun patio with comfy chair swings, a hammock, and other relaxing spots.

Stayed here to visit Arches. Erin was at home when we arrived but we didn't see her again the whole time we were there. She had posted many instructions in our room and many more all around the kitchen including how to stack the dishwasher properly. Breakfast was adequate and it was good to have organic foods and bananas. We made coffee in our room. We had the Palisade room which we knew had a shared bathroom but were not made aware on the website that the bathroom was across the main living area, passed the kitchen. The bathroom was well stocked and the water pressure great. Again, plenty of instructions taped to the door. It was a good 20 minute walk into the centre of Moab though lovely residential streets and park. Convenient for Arches.

This B&B is so beautiful & awesome! So comfy & Erin made us feel at home. She was barely around, which we liked, as we didn't feel like we were in each others way. Very accommodating, clean, with a gorgeous patio for relaxing outside. Would definitely return & recommend to others.

This place is something between a bed and breakfast and a hostel kind of place with private rooms. A big part of the house is for use of the guests, like the livingroom, the kitchen to prepare berakfast (with bagels and creamcheese, self-service), the garden with bbq). This adds to the homey and sociable atmosphere.||Erin, the owner, takes really good care of her house and the patio, which is a nice spot to sit back and relax for a while. She treats you very hospitable and kind and helps where ever she can.||Our room (Stillwater) was cosy and had a ensuite bathroom.||The house is set in a quiet part of Moab, a little out of town. It's perfectly situated to visit beautiful Arches NP and great Canyonlands NP.||It's not a really cheap to stay, but we had a very relaxing time here.

We spent a night at a shared bathroom room because the price was good. The house is stunning, with beautiful potted plants everywhere and a pretty patio in the back. Breakfast is very minimal but as advertised on the website, so it was OK. However, it is fairly strange that the owner lives in the same house but you don't see her at all! There are little notes with her rules and messages everywhere, including when to let the dog in and out (which we did several times) but no one to talk to when the other guests left us with no orange juice in the morning or when our bedside lamp did not work. You have a creepy feeling that you're in someone else's house without their presence. So if you're into this airbnb experience - this is the place for you.
