The Lancaster Motel By OYO Ronks near Paradise

My fiancée and I booked a one night stay here and I would say it was worth it for the price. Most other hotels/motels in the area were much more expensive on a Friday night. I arrived shortly after check in and went inside. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and provided me with the WIFI password. Parking was very easy and the hotel was conveniently located directly next to a gas station. The room was small and very basic. It was a small room, but that was all that we needed. The bedding was very used and needs to be replaced for sure. The one other issue we had were the electrical outlets being broken. This made charging our devices difficult. I was supposed to stay on Dec. 11th 2025 for 2 nights. It said for easier check in to pre-pay, it was $148.00. I got there the evening of the 11th. between 4:30 and 5pm. The door was locked, not a single car in the lot. Two phone numbers on the door, no answer. The second one went to voice mail, I let a message with my phone number, no response!! I waited for a bit, it was windy and cold, I needed a place to stay. I had to go to the motel across the street and get a room there. The following morning I got and e-mail saying that I was a no show and forfeited my payment. I was there, THEY were not. Just wanted to put this out there so people watch out for this place, hope they enjoy that money because never again!!!!

You can tell the owner and staff do their best to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean, we also love being able to walk outside and sit at one of the tables to relax and sometimes talk to the other customers. No its not a brand new building so it shows signs of its age but you can tell they take pride in the cleanliness and care of the place.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! It’s run incompetently. My husband and I arrived at check in time - there was nobody at the front desk and the door was locked. Taped on the door was a piece of paper with two phone #s. I called the first one - no answer , I called the second one - no answer. The second one called me back about 3-5 mins later stated they will be there in 10-15 minutes so we were able to check in. Once they finally came we went to pay but they stated they only took credit card as well as charging a security deposit to make it easier to refund the security deposit. (This was not stated prior in the reservation) Fast forward three weeks later I still have no refund - I called today and they stated I had to be present and in person in order to get my deposit back. This is absolutely insane. W

We had a most restful and much needed stay in this little gem of a motel. We were welcomed by the nice staff gentleman, a quiet and helpful man who was generous with his time and help. Room was lovely, clean, bath new and clean, parking directly outside our room, no struggle to get in and out of a garage, all amidst lovely farm fields and a very convenient gas station/rest stop and convenience mart next door. You couldn’t ask for better. So glad we stayed here instead of a busy downtown hotel that would have costed double or triple the cost. This motel stay made our trip a happy one. Lovely outdoor seating as well. I would return here any day, a beautiful clean motel. Thank you
